Agreed... they (DEVMAR) knew that Coronavirus is and has changed the Hotel industry without fail. The advantage they have in St. Pete is the City knows them because of the Vantage Lofts and the success there.

So the decision to move on the property they already own and repeat it with the new project called THE METRO , will pay off in dividends since that is how the population is looking to be .. in Metro, no cars , leasing the units which they speak about in the article posted.

I sent Mark and Team a note last week to say congrats on moving forward and thinking out of the box. Not much info, but he did return it and he knows the folks are out there.
