I am not saying you were wrong, I am glad you let us know your thoughts.
I just want to express my frustration, here is why:
As an engineer, I do testing, get test results, do calculations including statistic calculations, then draw conclusions, then report. I don't know how this is different from others.
I understand data lock can be lengthy because many things we can't control, like getting certificates, etc. But doing data crunching is different, it is an inhouse job from a frozen data base, it should not take that long specially they have professional software. I do a lot of engineering calculations like FEA analysis, calculation is not just hitting few buttons, it needs to set up the model or calculation, perform different calculations to draw different conclusions, even that should not take that long.
Anyway, time will tell, too bad NWBO also took such a long time on TLD. Maybe different field different world.
