I would tend to agree with you based on how the shell process goes through the various stages.

Thinking Ben Berry got this going once there was a change in TA's back in Sept 2020

So far there are no new filings in Otcmarkets.com

This ticker is really thin. Possibly .10+ depending on what RM's here. I doubt Ben Berry has a shortage of customers wanting to RM into a ticker LOL

Synergy likely has a buyer lined up for NFEI based on how this trades. Could get fast tracked by spring/summer
