Please show my one piece of documentation to back that statement. There are no common shares with a par value of .0001. Even if there were all the 8.27 billion have a par value of .001 so any cancelation of shares with a par value of .0001 would have no impact on the current SS. Current SS is 9 billion AS and 8.27 billion outstanding with a par value of .001
