prph just announced another stock offering ..friday..a prelude to them making a move on Pred after they shore up the balance sheet with more cash.
Its coming boys what price i dont know but pred rolls into prph at .25 cents and both companies achieve objective .Prph wants to become a major diagnostic and lab company and pred fits the label. 2 prph insiders own 1 percent of pred stock already 3 gets pred off of the greys ..prph doubles or triples and we get a buck..prph would have to issue roughly 5 million shares at current prices to buy pred @.25..if it continues to go higher then could be less. This is a win win for both..lets see if it happens..the relationship exists in a big way so this probably has the highest probability of getting pred off the greys ~
