I didn't see this shared on the board. It's an older article for sure but I think it's a good read and I'm assuming the status-quo at the time of this article is probably not much different than now.

Interesting that at the time of the article Shmazian speaks of ties with Abramovich and Andy Zhang Chi and hinted that they were the ones who pushed him to float the Co.

"In fact, says Shmazian, while he is Exchange's only shareholder and director, ''the Russians and the Chinese'' wanted him to float it. Pushed on exactly who, he says that the Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich and the wealthy Hong Kong-based metals trader Andy Zhang Chi, owner of the SINOM group, were the drivers."

Rumors of Shmazian being a billionaire at the time of the article.

"Suggestions that he has joined the billionaire ranks seem stretched, yet it is clear that he has turned deals with stockmarket tiddlers into a considerable fortune."
