Not trying to argue, I just like to make sure everyone has the correct facts.

Below is a screen shot of the Filings and Disclosure page.

In that filing (11-16-2020) that the company put out, it states;

Total shares authorized: 15,000,000,000 as of date: 9.30.20

However:OTC Markets RBNW Security Details states;

Authorized Shares 5,000,000,000 12/16/2020

So: If you are saying that OTC site is the most up to date info, the company has actually REDUCED the authorized by 10B shares.

So: If you are saying that OTC site is the most up to date info, the company has actually REDUCED the authorized by 10B shares.
