To my knowledge there is no such thing as a trade halt in OTC. Trade halts are triggered on the exchanges by price/vol action hitting "circuit breakers". The OTC is not an exchange and does not have such triggers. If any halting happens its usually direct from the SEC for illegal activity and usually happens days after the activity gets their attention.

Peeps trade the OTC for that very reason, price/volume swings can go apeshit, and that's where the money is
