All markets are so volatile right now. I understand that people wanna use the money they have here to make plays elsewhere in the market. Remember this ran in the 20s and teens for sometime. I’m happy where it’s running right now. Until there’s news on the phase 3 this is where this things going to sit. I think we’re fortunate that it’s running close to 50 and not 35. Always, IMO
