fantom, I feel everyone's pain here. I have been a shareholder for 8+ years. I have made money along the way...but like everyone else, I could have made 2-3x easily within the bull market over the past how many years.

I had originally anticipated a response from the FDA within about 120 days. When this came and left...it was a total crap shoot. I have no clue when news will come from the FDA. All I can share is what Dr. Chan provided. I seriously doubt Techxen (no disrespect) has that type of information in hand. He is a pretty straight-laced guy IMO who doesn't try to go around rules and regs. I think if he stumbled upon any type of news...he would share it with this group.

I am very heavily invested in this company. If I would have played my cards right, I probably could have been retired by now. There have been many angry emails sent to Dr. Chan. I believe they stumbled one too many times as a result of inexperience...and had a hard time correcting their actions along the way. Egos and money always comes into play regardless of the company size.

I almost sold everything at the end of last year, but decided to give it another 6 months because of the new cast that they hired. I think hiring a US VP Sales was extremely bullish. I just can't imagine they would spend this type of money if something wasn't imminent.

I don't correspond with Dr. Chan too often...but I will share whatever I have with the group when I do.
