Just read the proof of claims document, paid for it on NV Court website.

We are trying to burn a bunch of shares former execs dished out for convertible notes. In other words we are trying to restrict or cancel 8,000,000 shares the former executive used as collateral for a loan. (stated clearly on page F-20 last report Sept 27 2017)

Also

burn 600,000 and 35,294 shares or register and own them.

Anyone selling now before this is done is not well.
