Agree. But, I believe if you read the filings carefully it confirms that existing shareholders of VRTY will end up with very little, if any, equity in a newly capitalized entity, and that the new entity bringing in the assets, capital and business will end up with the lions share of the equity. This is how these RM's into worthless shells work. The new company bringing in the value ends up owning the new entity and the shareholders of the shell get a tiny slice at most.
