When I look at the one year daily chart there has been a (rocky) steady up trend since last spring. It also shows pps was in an uptrend off of .20 when covid hit. Pps went sideways for awhile then rebounded hard to .80's
It has been making higher lows and last week new high since middle of June 2019. The higher lows and new highs over 7 months is very bullish. The odds of a settlement with G are very strong. They lost and they lied to the very court that will be handling the settlement phase.

So what are we waiting for? Procedure, procedure, procedure all about the court and as those procedures get ticked off the list higher lows and higher highs will hold. It will probably continue to be volatile but we will see it slope up. And of course the risk is an unexpected delay.
