where did GOV say they would exercise

anyone have a true legit - very recent - GOV comment citation on yes or no to warrants

The agreement says FnF cannot raise capital until the warrants are exercised in full. I can't copy/paste from the agreement because it appears to have been scanned in, but check Section 5.2 on page 7. I recommend reading the whole paragraph, but the part about the warrants is after (A).
