I see Its been in oversold condition since mid October, when it was at .25, Obviously, the decision makers when it comes to common stock, have zero regard or concern for share holders or PPS
This reminds me of a company LEXG, ceo Alex Walsh, they kept diluting for years, RS after RS, always selling down to .0001, like 5 times, then they were Denied any further RS or Authorized and Halted, given a cease trade order, and never opened to the public again. That dude robbed the OTC believers of 165 Million Dollars
