In my opinion, as always, there will be over reaction until this information is parsed appropriately. No one has done that quite yet. All the articles and comments coming out are knee jerk reaction of people keying in on certain things only.
There's still much uncertainty, SM and MC just added to that, which we all know the market dislikes. There is still 5 days, so who knows what will happen. After that we go back to SCOTUS waiting. In other words, from my experience - SNAFU
