So, I think I wrote this before. But a couple days ago I decided to call OTCMarkets. The representative told me that once a ticker or stock goes CE, it must go through a 30 day period before OTCMarkets even reviews it. Fortunately, this ticker was already CE when Kim took it over. She brought it to current status and the representative assured me it is pink current eligible.

The issue arises once that is done, Kim or the company needs to contact OTCMarkets to review the company and its financials and make sure the tickers history is not in question or they have no questions.

He told me that this process can in many cases take some time. Whatever that means. So the ticker is in good standing. We are just waiting for OTCMarkets to get their heads out of the sand.
