Don't understand why no financials have been filed. The company has clearly spent time on work activities.

If they are trying to maintain secrecy, it does not explain who NO FINANCIALS have been submitted since 2015. (even if they submit a few years worth, they still have more, what are they trying to hide.) If it is such a cluster fuck, then "sell" assets to BRVO, they have already set the stage.

Where is the sense of urgency to completing tasks?

I and everyone expects some dirty laundry......but if the OLD MEN running this company want to make money while they can, one would figure they would get the company moving forward.
