I apologize. You are right. My passion got the best of me with respect to a formidable defence I interpreted you having for Mark.

My point was, what defense could Mark put forth that would have merit. The answer is none. Yes, even now in the eyes of the court Mark is innocent. I'm sure the DOJ and SEC see it much differently and will present a case that can not be defended in any way whatsoever. What Mark did was criminal with the intent to harm and enrich him and his family. With the position he held at the company it made it very easy to spread his web of lies. We shall hear testimony about the extent of his harm from a few of the old posters who probably lost a fair amount.
