Despite RS, I still think this is very undervalued at this price in my opinion. Company reported $1.7M revenues in just the last 3 months.

And they should be Current again soon. Attorney Letter next followed by Current Status.

Regardless, I can't say how the market will react to seeing the dreaded 'Reverse Split' even though it was previously known.
