They all are. I've known every president since Johnson up to Obama and with the exception of Carter, they all have a hand in the till. The biggest scumbags were Bill and Hillary, and I can tell you stories about them as both were my professors in law school and I was on his election committees when he ran for all of his public offices up until his run for the presidency. I'm probably the only person to have been invited to serve on both his and Bush's transition teams. Oh, and Reagan was a personal friend of the family with Patty being my sister's roommate in an Arizona boarding school. Trump I believe is a big scumbag but Bill grabbed more women by the crotch than he dreamed of including law students he was teaching.
