Wow, terrific analysis. Relistening to the audio really allows us that opportunity. I must say, it is hard for me to stay less than super excited as I think the BOLD writing is on the wall so to speak. Yesterday, I remember how I thought "oh no" when Atty Jed (FDA) was really hitting it home BUT it quickly showed that he (my words here) "only knew what he knew" so when asked about something that he hadn't rehearsed, it was curtains for him. Dragon, you said it best when Judge Marcum finally nailed him down for an answer (just like Judge Ginsburg did) and Jed just couldn't respond. Even today, with an entire day behind him, I honestly don't think he could've come up with a good rebuttal. There isn't one is my point. The former case/Judge did NOT do justice to the facts pertaining to USRM and it is very convincing to me that the panel was (seemingly) irritated by their findings as they measured the prepared written statements to Jeds oral defense. Bottom line, Dragon you are absolutely correct in your review of yesterday's testimony and I also believe we have a win on our hands. And to know that this will either set the precedent for the upcoming CA case or support it (if we have to wait on the conclusion) is, to me, beyond exciting. Oh, and the Judge who said "contributors to the cryo warehouse haven't had access to their property" or something along that line....with a reply of "you won't have to be worried about that anymore". Just so very convincing we are heading in the correct direction. It is a shame this didn't happen on the last case. Anyway, a PR is kind of a moot point in my opinion - that is, until a decision has been made. A PR with updates on other aspects of USRM would be great though! (like you said). 2021 will be better. Soooo much better!!!!
