Wishful thinking but who in their right minds would place big money into these two clowns at this point. All the DD is there not to throw another dime into this. Most Mergers with good CEO,s update their shareholders. This has gone way too far not to happen. And the silence should tell you that there is a huge problem and they could not make it happen.
