I always find it funny that some in penny land cannot figure out why a companies PPS doesn't go up everyday yet when they try to buy shares they bid below current PPS. If you believe in a company and you believe it will be worth "BILLION" why are you trying to buy shares at 1/100th of a penny cheaper. BTW PMCB is a SCAM. Always has been always will be because they have NOTHING IMHO.
