I can't comment on that b/c I'm not in court watching the fight but I can tell you this much, Doki and Klan should leave for good, they are not value creators, they are shysters who only focus on pinky land b/c they can defraud investors. Every stock they have been involved in has been a Sh#thole stock designed for pump and dump. They are responsible with RLBY constant downtrend, they are constantly selling on the bid enormous amount of shares that they think it's theirs, eventually, they will have to buyback the naked short shares that they have been doing assuming they will still have those restricted shares, their shares will be cancelled. JMO

Having said that, I'd like to see someone buy the empty shell and do a legit SPAC deal in the crypto sector, a viable business. Not an employee agency that has no growth, dead business if you ask me.
