I agree that its somewhat reassuring that Mark is the biggest shareholder.

But I disagree that we have several financing options. They mentioned competitive tension 2 years ago - I assume that deal fell through.

At some point, a deal must be made even if its not attractive because years are passing, literally. Investors will lose confidence as some have already.
