I reached out to Suresh on Friday (1/8) with questions about leadership, transfer agent, OTC updates and here is what he sent back:


leadership is purely Sam and Amit for now. Ownership is with Naveen, Sam and many others. I am not an officer or a director.
Yes, hopefully OTC will starting updating this month onwards.
Computer share has been switched to STC about 3 months ago or maybe even 6 months ago.
