“ It indicates that FDA understand that there is a great need for a therapeutic to treat COVID-19.” So of great need is the only qualification then why have so few covid therapeutics been given the designation? Or another way to ask the question is why haven’t all potential therapeutics been given fast tract? Your comment is ridiculous.
