I would guess he applied for the FTD when he received the RBL preliminary results.

But fast track after approval wouldn’t even make sense. We don’t know when Leo applied for Fast Track but since the go ahead on the trial only came a month ago my bet is he applied for Fast Track two months ago, about the same time as the IND application or perhaps a little after. It looks like a plan unfolding (reliant on bureaucracy).
