I have no control over dilution so why worry about it. So they do another offering when pps is at $5 and it drops to $4 before popping to $7 (example). BO comes in at $3.7B and I make a little less then if none of the offerings happened. Ok.

Now on the day of that BO do you think I will be upset at the previous offerings or freaking ecstatic about the size of the balance in my brokerage account?

.25 isn't a lot of money and 7's aren't lucky. Ignore the noise!
