Etrade is open 24/7 if u need to call them do it at night when all the newbies that bug them all day are sleeping. We are in the midst of a boom we haven't seen the likes of since the dot com boom. Etrade signed up more new customers in the month of March 2020 then the entire 2019. All day long g all the clueless newbies are call etrade screaming at them why their trade didn't execute. Just call them at 1030pm for no wait. I had zero problems with etrade pro last yr. When I first signed up for eteade when they were new I had 15 min delayed quotes, no live charts the original website was slow like the rest of the internet in dialup. It was like flying IFR with a couple of instruments, now its like a glass cockpit. I still managed 5o make money though the learning curve was expensive at times.
