I am glad we are getting the shares and warrants. It will be a nice reward for both long-term and short-term shareholders. I feel that Dan did the right thing by structuring it this way.

What REALLY gets me excited are the synergies at Goliath/Goldlund, the upside potential for additional discoveries and the timeline to a construction decision for Goliath/Goldlund being shorter than that of Springpole. I am looking forward to their updated PEA and the results of their current drilling.

It seems like in the last 2 or 3 weeks the mainstream business press has woken up and realized there might be inflation. Kind of comical. Also a lot more press coverage about commodities increasing...this coverage seems to have taken off overnight. Coverage like this is good for gold.

I don't know if you saw it, but I really enjoyed watching an interview where Peter Schiff and Jim Rickards disagreed on what constitutes inflation. Schiff states (Alistair McLeod also states this) it is the increase in the money supply, while Rickards argues it is when price appreciation occurs. Very interesting. Loved it because not only did they discuss what they feel constitutes inflation, they also presented 3 different ways we get to significantly higher gold prices.
