Thanks for bringing up that statement. My understanding is that they are keeping it in this tight range while they finalize the term sheet for the funding. Once the funding is decided at whatever share price equivalent, I expect this to run up big time. Not sure but Jmo. Deal should be signed imminently based on last weeks PR that said they expect news within two weeks.
