I strongly see 10 - 30 CENTS within the next 3 - 4 weeks max. Here are my reasons why:

1) Once the STOP SIGN comes down, this will allow the large momentum investors, Hedge Funds, Large Equity Groups and Mutual Funds (that will buy via Third party Equity companies), to start buying big time and this in itself will push the share price to 5 CENTS soon.

Since I cancelled my NYC face to face meetings, I am driving 4 hours to Portland to have a private lunch with a very influential head of a Beverly Hills hedge fund who is in town for the holiday. I anticipate very positive results in the near future working with them.Will update.

2) The company stated that there will be a ticker symbol change, CUSIP# change name change (after the STOP sign comes down) and this will cause a mother of all short squeezes (MOASS) and the MMs and naked short sellers will have to cover at higher prices. 3) The MOASS because of the short covering and also the HUGE set of CATALYSTS to be released by the company, that will further push the share price to 10 - 20 cents or beyond based on momentum buying and stampede. 4) I feel very strongly that the company has been buying back shares silently and if they mention this in a PR, then watch out for a TSUNAMIC share price increase.

5) PVDG HAS SOME VERY SMART, HIGHLY EXPERIENCED AND FOCUSED MANAGEMENT WHO WILL DELIVER BEYOND BELIEF, IT WILL MAKE YOUR HEAD SPIN.

6) James has VERY HUGE CONNECTIONS ON Wall Street and is a Wall Street GURU, he sits on the board of so many companies.

7) To go from about 1 CENT (where we are) to 10 - 35 cents will NOT TAKE 60 DAYS, IT WILL BE MUCH SOONER THAN THAT. IT MIGHT TAKE 1 - 2 MONTHS TO REACH 1 DOLLAR.MARK MY WORDS.
