They need to be gearing up for PR worthy news once this seller is done...or close to it. You can’t conduct an offering and expect to uplist without market moving news. Unless they consider a RS but I’d be beyond pissed if they did an offering and chased it with a split. That’s poor management and really sticks it to retail investors.

We’ll see how the rest of Q1 plays out though
