Hey, guess who just called? Mr. Spiros Cacos, head of IR at the Company. We had a good conversation and of course as usual I always ask a lot of questions. I won't miss the opportunity to do that.

The Springpole PFS is due out soon. He couldn't tell me the exact date, but from what I gathered it will be before the end of the month. They are still trying to decide what gold price to plug into on it. I thought $1600 or $1700 per ounce gold was where I had it being. They had talked about $1500.
They plan on having another webinar soon after the PFS comes out to discuss it.

We talked some about PC and he told me Auteco is going to have 4 drill rigs turning there in due time. That tells me they're finding a shitload of gold on that property. He told me they will soon owe us another payment and also at some point this year they have the option to buy out PC completely from us or to continue the original agreement we made with them. If they buy us out completely, the balance of our selling it won't be on the cheap and of course we probably will want some sort of royalty agreement too.

Treasury is coming out with their PEA very soon now too.

Cameron came up briefly and he made some positive statements about it too. They are working on doing things at Hope Brook and some of the smaller properties also.

Overall we had a very good conversation and things appear to be running smoothly there. There could be some big things coming under the radar this year for us.
