Its time to sell, This catalyst was a failure , the rally was all over hype of maybe changing to another Tier of the bulletin board they want to remove to stop sign and change it from OTC no information Tier to OTC QB tier ..How about update the financial records first then ask for the stop sign to be removed ? this Pedro is a clown its time to sell this pump and Dump .The financial data is still 10 years out of date its not 2011 anymore its 2021. u cant remove stop sign until i start seeing up to date data, when the no current information changes we can go from no information to QB tier
