I believe they have already bought or merged with the first growth company in a spac style manner. That is the core substance of this first announcement on Friday.
But I think that they plan to be much more in the future. Like a multi-spac holding that specializes in a few industries. I see the future as a sort of glorified David-Lazar-style firm but that keeps control of the companies, several spac purchases or mergers under one holding company.
We'll see but that is what I imagine now.
