I have to disagree with the cash divi take- absent a solid revenue report the PPS could still take a dive. A pink like PTSC is a testament to that.

Besides, the company has said this stock divi is the first of many- of which all future ones will be in cash.

What is striking to me is that a review of the initiators/board members of Aurus shows a slew of veterans in their 50s/60s that have a ton of experience in the mining industry. I find it hard to believe that these folks are in this deal for some minor payoff.
