Despite your constant down-talking in response to my every post here ("get edumacated"), I continue to post about GFTX, not others or my international travel or whatever.

Discussions about the SEC & toxic-lenders were had on multiple ihub boards (and elsewhere) months ago.

Has GFTX brought litigation (or do they intend to) against their lenders?

Over 6 months ago GFTX posted (more than once) how quickly the convertibles would be re-negotiated, as if it was an easy process or the lenders were eager to please GFTX.

We were supposed to be updated on the success of those negotiations last summer.

I've seen lots of PRs since then, but nothing on financial situation or upcoming "leak out" dilution. So I've asked about it, and post about it - that's what these boards are for.
