Everyone has a right to look at things however they want.

Viewpoint #1: Looking to get rich off rich autistic kids (how kind)

Viewpoint #2: Respected physicians seek to create school to help special needs children (autistic) which will strive to give these students a better chance as they progress through higher grades and life. If successful, the school would be replicated nationwide.

Autism Prevalence
-In 2020, the CDC reported that approximately 1 in 54 children in the U.S. is diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), according to 2016 data.
-1 in 34 boys identified with autism
-1 in 144 girls identified with autism
-Boys are four times more likely to be diagnosed with autism than girls.
-Most children were still being diagnosed after age 4, though autism can be reliably diagnosed as early as age 2.
-31% of children with ASD have an intellectual disability (intelligence quotient [IQ] <70), 25% are in the borderline range (IQ 71–85), and 44% have IQ scores in the average to above average range (i.e., IQ >85).
-Autism affects all ethnic and socioeconomic groups.
-Minority groups tend to be diagnosed later and less often.
-Early intervention affords the best opportunity to support healthy development and deliver benefits across the lifespan.
-There is no medical detection for autism.

Their target market is a lot bigger than 44 students. In Florida, in 2014-2015, 31,133 or 8.58% of children with disabilities ages 3-21 who received special education services have autism. Link

Its not like the good doc plans to vaccinate the students with some nefarious drug. We're talking about NATURAL REMEDIES and NUTRACEUTICALS, and potentially medical marijuana or medically focused CBD (once CBD regulations allow). All of this would be available within the physician network.

Again, my opinion is that GRPS is going to "oversee" this part of the operation, although RSHN will get its 5%. RSHN is the distributor, the marketer, the procurer, in some cases. GRPS is the medical, nutraceutical, Health & Human Services Arm, if you will. More than just a CBD play here, folks.

Bella B and Investment Partner Holdings is done. Its good we finally got some clarity on what things never panned out and what is still on the table.

All my opinion
