Investors,
Remember.... total existing shares do not necessarily constitute dilution which is the big, bad Bogeyman a few people posting on iHub are talking about. True, in many cases dilution can and is a drag on stock price appreciation, however, that is not at all the situation with the case we have here with BRTX.

Treasury stock (also known as treasury shares) are the portion of shares that a company keeps in its own treasury (Vault). These shares may have either come from a part of the float and shares outstanding before possibly being repurchased by the company or may have never been issued to the public at all. They are often times used by the company to make strategic purchases and may prove to be very beneficial. This is not yet to be considered dilution!

Don't keep on sweating this dilution no-issue with this company...it is simply not relevant at the current time in the evolution of the company and new management. To me, and this is simply my opinion, everything looks very, very good for stock price appreciation.

I have advised numerous family members to buy BRTX stock.... however, be sure to do your homework before you buy! Don't procrastinate, do it now before you miss out, because you are going to want to kick yourself if you wait too long!

Thanks again,
Pro-Advisor
