Stock strength vs bond/note weekness

The fact that the 2024 bond is trading below par and perpertual note is trading at near record low (~30c) makes it hard to understand what is fueling the rally in this stock. The company can not buy back shares or distribute dividend prior to the redeption of the perpertual bond.Any ideas on the reason the senior claims are not part of the rally?
