There is no legal issue they are upset that they got baited into a clear scam. Nothing is ever this easy as they made it look like it was going to be with PASO which is why you don’t invest in these. Suck however take it as a leaning experience. And he has much more than 100 shares or he wouldn’t be writing a post such as this I can guarantee it. He most likely put thousands into it which is where the emotional post comes from.
