If you go to the court website and search the case you will find something pretty legit in the Clerk's Notice of Hearing of Proof of Claims - the former executive officers of Arat Holdings and the former creditors or convertible note holders of Arat are not responding to electronic communications and the court is moving to having the hearing held in person.

No return back from emails or phone calls... good sign (we started in the proof of claims that Arat has been abandoned by former officers.) also..

If lawyer does not hear back from the legal publication (proof of claims has to be up for 30 days by law and each week you have to post on it that you are seeking anyone who has claims against Arat to come forward) then the case will be open and shut.

In other words so far no one is showing up or answering any communications to answer for that old note.
