Port, as example and I can site OTHERS that also became Fully Reporting with the SEC (FORM 10) then did their S1 Filing.

RELI SHOULD HAVE NEVER PULLED their FORM 10!

$ALPP - S1 submitted on 2/18/20, S 1A on 7/30/20 S 1A on 7/31/20. Effective on 8/05/20. Roughly 7 months.

The huge here difference is they had a Securities Attorney that advised them to do a FORM 10 FIRST and become fully reporting before submitting the S1.
