With 172,192,785 shares large OS why the daily trading volumes here are such ridiculous low? Zero volume for several weeks!

Who are holding the majority of AURT shares now? Why didn't they sell at 0.0005 ~ 0.0004 (current 52-week-low) while the price stuck at 0.0005 ~ 0.0006 for so long --- Over Three Months?
