If SM really wants to give the GSE's a shot in the capital arm, he will say relist. There's NO reason political fall out should happen from that. It only gives the companies a better chance at capitalizing sooner than later, if a down turn happens.
So, if NWS gone, capital buffer removed and relist, we would be well on our way. Then SCOTUS can resolve seniors and warrants. I hope they do something with seniors or warrants if they announce, but if we have to wait for SCOTUS, I'm good with that. I think they'll give us a fairer shake than government would.
