SEC WEBSITE FILINGS SORTA UPDATED?????

So in the past when I looked OTC markets was where the updated financials, news releases extra were being posted. When I would check the SEC website it was insanely outdated info wise compared to OTC markets. Checked today when I saw it was mentioned about the OS count increasing. Noticed this time the SEC website was updated to have the same fins and info as OTC markets now. Just wondering has anyone else noticed this? I could have been looking at it wrong in the past. Just seems like some major things could be in play if Spencers also reporting to the SEC as well now witch didn't seem to be the case when I looked earlier this week.
