Let's do the math. The current market cap for VNUE is 1,211,482,789 shares in the O/S x the closing price today of $0.0115 which gives us $13,932,052.

Let's say the company decides to buy back 211,482,789 shares on the open market at today's closing price for a total of $2,432,052. If they get at least $5 million in funding, this amount would be less than half of that.

This gives us an O/S of 1 billion flat, with at least $2.5 million going towards investment in R&D and operations.

We know that Soundstr is close to being rolled out, and $VNUE has business on the ground in Florida as well as pre sales of over $100,000 for a Matchbox 20 tour this Summer. They estimated they would have made $1.5 million in 2020 if not for COVID.

All that being said, the company is looking at about a $720 million valuation if we are comparing to a similar company in the OTC like T/S/N/P, which is a tech company that has no revenue and minimal operations. The current market cap of T/S/N/P as of today is $728M. $VNUE is well past T/S/N/P at this point so this is an extremely conservative estimate.

$720M market cap divided by 1B in shares gives us a target price of $0.72, which again, is an extremely conservative estimate.
